We accept exchanges free of cost. You won't be charged extra to exchange a product — it's on us. We want your experience to be hassle-free.
Easy returns — prepaid orders
The full amount is refunded to your original payment method (bank account, credit card or UPI).
Easy returns — Cash on Delivery
The order amount is refunded to your bank account; simply share your bank or UPI details. COD charges are non-refundable.
Tags must be intact
All brand tags and labels must still be attached to the garment. If a tag is missing, broken or cut, the exchange request is automatically rejected.
Original condition
The item must be unwashed, unworn, stain-free and returned in its original packaging.
Note: exchanges are only valid while the original brand tag remains intact and attached to the product. Broken or removed tags make an item ineligible for exchange.
